Use of WDU3A Zoom accounts

We have a Zoom Pro licence for use by WDu3a group leaders, and other members when required. This permits meetings up to a day (!) long for up to 100 participants.

We need to ensure that we don’t have clashes, so please could you request a slot for your meeting by email to Sam Sexton, after checking the schedules below to ensure that your preferred time is available. If you have a regular meeting, please specify the details (e.g. First Wednesday, alternate Tuesdays, etc.). Sam will update this page with the details and if you don't want to be adventurous and schedule the sessions in Zoom, he can do that for you.

You’ll be informed of the account details when booking your slot. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU LOG OUT AT THE END OF YOUR SLOT.
Please do not log in to these accounts (e.g. for testing purposes) prior to or during another session, as it will cause that session to be terminated!

Note that tutorials are available at zoom.us, under Resources at the top right.

The most useful ones are: Quick start guide for new users, Screen Sharing and Powerpoint sharing, but it's worth looking through the list of all the available videos - and clicking on "see all nn articles".

At the same site, you can download the Zoom app - when that's installed, if you click on a link to a Zoom meeting, that app will be opened automatically for you.

All meetings are listed below. Please don't request a slot within 15 minutes either side of those shown. Where references to odd or even weeks are shown, please refer to the appropriate page below - right click and open in a new tab or window:

Note that "Booked until" dates will be added when changes are made or as time allows, but don't indicate that all sessions will be used.
