CALLING ALL BOOKWORMS!!!!!!
The regular monthly meeting time and day for of the new Warsop u3a Book Group is 2pm on the first Wednesday of every month in the Plough Inn, Church Street, Warsop (opposite the Fire Station). The new group aims to be more inclusive with members choosing their own book and giving a critique at the meeting and a general discussion on current popular authors and titles.
The following comments were received following the January meeting:-
'A really enjoyable afternoon that promoted much discussion.'
'A different approach that was really refreshing'.
The meeting is scheduled to last for an hour and a half and there will be a refreshment break where tea and coffee will be available at the Plough at a cost of £1.10 per cup.
