Changes to Warrington U3A Membership Renewals for 2019/2020

As part of our drive to make membership renewal more convenient Warrington U3A are offering you the option of receiving your annual renewal invitation by email giving you the ability to securely renew your membership online using a Credit or Debit card. You would not need to fill out the Renewal Form as all details are completed online.

If you opt to receive your Membership Renewal by email and would still prefer to pay by cheque you can print and complete the renewal form in the usual way and either post it or hand it to the Registrar at the September 4th Enrolment Day or at one of our Monthly Meetings.

All existing members should have received an email from the Registrar inviting you to receive all your future membership renewal forms by email. You should be able to reply by clicking the link in the Registrar's message. If the link doesn't work, you can reply directly to the email address given in the message. If you haven't received the Registrar's message and would like to receive your forms by email, please use the Contact page to send the Registrar a message, including your name and correct email address, and including the text
Please send my Renewal Form by email.
My Membership Number is NNNN.
(with your correct membership number!)

Selecting this option will not stop you from attending the Enrolment Day on September 4th.

Rising postage costs mean that this year's mailing of the annual renewal form to our 1250 members will cost us all around £900. Receiving your form by email will help reduce this cost.

By doing nothing you will still receive your renewal form by post.

Learning Ukulele

If you've never played an instrument in your life, you can play a ukulele.

The next 8-week Ukulele Stage 1 (Beginners) course will start on Tuesday 22nd October, at 1.30pm at the Fairfield Community Centre. You don't need to read music, or even have a ukulele; you can start from absolute zero.

Places are limited, so for more information or to book a place, contact Ken Cockburn via the Learning Ukulele Group page or by phone on 01925 764571, or visit the Ukulele Desk at the next monthly meeting.
