Harmonica

Group Leader is Jenny Ruffley

The Harmonica Group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 1:30pm in the Fairfield Neighbourhood Centre in Fairfield Street, WA1 3AJ. Our Dates subpage has all our future dates listed

We are a new U3A group and we've got off to a flying start. If you are interested in learning or playing the harmonica, please come along. We have an experienced Harmonica player to lead the group and although some of our group have been trying to learn the Harmonica via YouTube we do have some absolute beginners amongst us too. So whatever your playing skill you will be very welcome to join us.
You will need a diatonic harmonica in the key of C.

We have been learning some songs: Red River Valley; Oh Susanna; Dirty Old Town; Summertime and some techniques as well. We beginners are delighted with our new skills so come and join us.
