Welcome to the Birdwatching Group
We have a wide variety of experience in our Group and we are always pleased to welcome new members whether they are new to birdwatching or old hands at the game.
We usually have a monthly programme visiting sites of interest both locally and further afield and have enjoyed a wide variety of birds seen. Our programme includes talks and visits, including local trips to Pennington Flash and Paddington Meadows as well as RSPB Burton Meres Wetlands, Martin Mere & other places of interest. We sometimes try to arrange a short holiday and in 2024 we will arrange a visit to Anglesey 20th to 23rd May.
You will find us a friendly group who enjoy helping each other in bird identification and discovery. You can get more information by telephone 01925-722407 or by visiting our table at a U3A monthly meeting. Alternatively you can join us on one of our visits.
On Your birdwatching visits bring your binoculars or a telescope if you can.
