Warrington

French

The Group Leader is Stuart Miller.

The French group meets every Tuesday at 2:00pm in the Fairfield Neighbourhood Centre situated in Fairfield Street Warrington.
We are a ‘self-help’ group and our meetings follow many and varied routes, from grammar to games, literature to life-style. We use a mixture of resources including audio, video, and the printed word. Every member of the group is invited (though definitely NOT obliged) to present a lesson or part of a lesson. Our level of knowledge is fair, though not extensive, but you may struggle for a while if you are an absolute beginner – but don’t let that deter you - it’s all fun, and we wouldn’t continue to do it if it weren’t. We are a friendly group and new members are always welcome. If you have ever thought about learning or improving your French (though after Brexit you might question why) then come and join us.

For full details of meeting dates refer to the Warrington U3A Schedule for 2017 2018. See Link on Groups page.
