Ballet and Tap for Beginners

We meet at 10:30 am on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, for a two hour session at:-
The Postlethwaite Studio, Pyramid, Palmyra Square, Warrington
The aim of the class is to promote physical and mental well being by maintaining and improving mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular function, improving balance, posture, confidence and memory.
The group will be aimed at absolute beginners, or those who may have enjoyed lessons as a child. Any restricted mobility problems will not be a barrier and exercises can be adapted to suit any needs.
Loose, easy to move in clothing is advised and initially flat, soft slipper type shoes or socks for the ballet and flat or low heeled shoe with leather or composite sole that does not stick to the floor, for tap. You may, of course, have long forgotten tap or ballet shoes in the loft!
So come along, enjoy the music and have some fun "getting fit"
The Pyramid has limited free parking at the rear and The Postlethwaite Studio is on the second floor and does have lift access.
