Tai Chi is a martial art of Chinese origin. The movements are gentle but at the same time exercise every part of the body. As we get older some of us may have a problem with balance and Tai Chi is a great way for improving this. It is also a good way to de-stress and calm the mind. The only requirement is soft-soled shoes and comfortable clothes. Members are at different levels and beginners are welcome.
