Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. These fitness classes have been created and run by Jane Bailey, a professional fitness instructor.
The classes are one hour long - 10 minutes warm up, 40 minutes exercise and 10 minutes relaxation, warm down - and feature traditional Pilates exercises as well as modern exercises using webbing belts and soft and prickle balls to add variety.
