Simply Fit Exercise (Thurs)
Meet: Thursdays 11.00 am to 12 noon

The classes are designed to help you move more freely and keep you stronger for longer! Simply Fit includes standing exercises, movement to music, balance, strength and flexibility training. Classes incorporate floor based exercises, for which you need to bring your own mat.
