CURRENT AFFAIRS
Vacancies

Friendly group, meeting monthly to share an interest in current affairs, as seen from a non-party-political standpoint. While the Covid-related restrictions on meeting in person continue, we have switched to a number of us meeting by zoom-based video-conferencing, with others being kept in touch by email. We address main issues current at the time that we meet. Our ethos is very much that of chat and discussion to follow what groups members find interesting and worth talking about. Within the video conferencing format, we aim to talk for about an hour or a bit more, with the tea break sadly sacrificed. New members welcome!
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month, starting at 3 pm. Contact Group leader Hugh for more information by clicking on the pigeon icon.
