Meditation
Our brand new Meditation group is starting (Nov '23) in a lovely new location. You will be led in a one hour session once a month (first Friday) at 11 a.m. It will consist of warm up then 20 minutes of mindfulness meditation with tea and cake after.
We meet in Eden Court (313, Battersea Park Road) which is an attractive modern building next to Battersea Park Library. Just come through the main doors and the receptionist will direct you to our meeting room. If you live in Clapham Junction or Battersea do come and join us. People from other parts of the borough are also very welcome , buses 44 and 344 and 137 stop outside the door and Clapham Junction Station is in easy reach, it is very accessible and will be perfect for a relexed amosphere to start our meditation.
