Penny was knitting letters into a banner. She had to make her own pattern using Excel and was showing me how she did this.
The knitting and crochet group had a great day out for Worldwide Knit in Public Day. They decided to travel on the tube from Wimbledon to Upminster which is the entire length of the District Line! They chatted to members of the public and handed out flyers for U3A.
