Welcome to Wallingford U3A, the first U3A in Wallingford. It is an active and enthusiastic organisation which was formed about 30 years ago. As with other local U3As, the members are residents of the area who wish to remain active and continue to learn during their retirement years. Our U3A is a very friendly and welcoming group of people.

We currently have around 110 members and always welcome new ones. If you are interested in joining why not come along to one of our monthly meetings as a visitor for a small donation of £2 each visit. There is always a Committee Member at the Information Table to help with any queries.

We meet on the first Wednesday of every month in Crowmarsh Village Hall, Benson Lane OX10 8ED at 2 p.m. There is a talk each month on a variety of subjects, after which tea and biscuits are served and members have a chance to chat to the Speaker and get to know other members - quite a lively time! Annual membership is £16. Car parking is available.

This year's programme (2020) will be published at the March meeting and will be shown on the 'Events' page. At the start of each meeting, our Chairman gives more detailed information on groups, planned events and outings before then introducing the month's speaker. We also have a Monthly Information Sheet which will give you all the details of these events. This sheet is sent out to all those with an email address a few days before the meeting but a hard copy is always available at the meeting.

We hope you find something to interest you here and look forward to seeing you soon at one of the monthly meetings.
