MINDFULNESS to KINDFULNESS
Our Mindfulness Group has been running since shortly after the u3a was launched in Wadhurst nine years ago. Over time we have evolved into a bunch of people who support each other to be kind to ourselves.
We still share short meditations and readings we find both stimulating and soothing, and because our emphasis is on self-compassion, we have renamed our group Kindfulness.
We'd love to welcome new members from June this year.
