EXERCISE whilst SITTING
The start-up of this group has been delayed for a few months and a registration sheet will be open at coffee morning in the Autumn. Member Lesley Law has relevant skills in leading this valuable aid to our fitness. We can look forward to an enjoyable and worthwhile activity
Cycling for Fun
A Social Cycling group is being formed – it will be advertised when arrangements have been decided – please check your bulletin and the notice board for details.

Book Club Three We have a short waiting list for joining a book club. Book club numbers are limited by books available from the library and we do believe that there is an interest in this activity. 4 more names and we can get the group up and running. We know that there is an interest from members for groups or day trips about historic gardens and garden visits, art appreciation and galley visits, social treasure hunt, but we need administrators and organisers to come forward to get them started. If you would like to learn more about how easy it is to run a group and the help offered by the committee, please contact Ken Ashton – Chairman .
