Tweeddale

Events

If you think the u3a might be for you, please come along as a guest to one of our Monthly Meetings before committing to joining Tweeddale u3a (Tu3a). You will be sure of a very warm welcome and a chance to meet members of our Committee. You'll also have a further opportunity after the talk to chat, ask questions, and to find out more about our groups over tea or coffee.

All meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month and start at 2:00 pm in the St Joseph's Neighbourhood Centre, Rosetta Road Peebles, EH45 7JU. Talks and presentations last for approximately one hour, after which you are invited to stay for tea or coffee and biscuits. Meetings finish at 4:00 pm. (During Covid, these are online on the second Tuesday of the month. For details, contact Susan Rossborough, Programme Coordinator, using the Contact button at the top of the page.)

NB Online maps are inaccurate - the hall is on the corner of Rosetta Road and Wemyss Place. Entrance and car park are off Wemyss Place.

Non-members are welcome to attend two meetings as guests before they apply to join Tweeddale u3a.

Usually, in July, there is an annual day outing.
