A series of monthly talk (via Zoom) by John Dilworth:
John joined the CPS in 1988 and prosecuted in both Crown and Magistrates Courts before taking up a variety of legal manager positions. After heading up the North West CPS Complex Casework Unit, dealing with some of the most high-profile criminal prosecutions, he spent 3 years in the North East as Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor. He took up the role of Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor in Merseyside - Cheshire in June 2017, before retiring in November 2018.

Disclosure is “In a criminal investigation the police are required to pursue all reasonable lines of enquiry whether they point towards or away from guilt. This talk will examine how the police and the prosecution manage the information that is gathered in such investigations and what can go wrong if this information is mishandled”
