MINDFULNESS Group - A gentle journey within a small group.
The "Mindfulness" 6 week course offers an opportunity to meet within a small group. Working gently towards a greater understanding of how the practise can benefit ones health.
Now at the Rushbrook Building in Totnes, meeting on the first Wednesday of the month from 10.30 to 12.30. £4.00 per session to include refreshments (monthly in advance).
Bring cushion & blanket
There are practical exercises which can be incorporated into daily life.
Discussion and feedback with an opportunity to share experiences related to the work.
A gradual introduction to Meditation, all of which help to support this ancient and beneficial art.
