Woodturning - News & Programme
We run as a month-by-month group, and do not have a set programme.
News would normally be limited to in-depth semi-technical talk about the hobby and techniques used in the production of our work, and usually this could (with respect) well be of very limited value, interest or understanding to the "casual" reader. However, we are always happy to "blow our own trumpets" about how brilliant we are (and there are indeed some very talented turners in the group), so if anyone has a question, we'd be happy to answer it!!
From time to time we may add photos of work in progress or completed by our members, and anything of general interest.
Please note that, within reason, we are open to requests to produce items, but the U3A's Terms of Reference do not permit us to enter into business transactions.
