Tiptree U3A Singers

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE A FULLY PAID UP MEMBER OF TIPTREE u3a BEFORE YOU CAN ATTEND AN INTEREST GROUP

We are a group of u3a members who like to sing. Some of us have sung all our lives, and others not since our school days. We sing everything from nursery rhymes to classical pieces via musicals, folk songs, pop, rock and gospel. Many of the songs are suggested by the choir members.

The choir has entertained the wider u3a membership at our Christmas socials, and from time to time we visit nursing homes and retirement homes to entertain the residents.

There is no need to read music. Everyone is welcome to join us at St. Luke's Extension between 2 pm and 3.30 pm every 2nd and 4th Thursday afternoon. We pay £5 per term to cover the cost of the hall.

If it appeals to you, please get in touch via the link or just turn up!

Please see the "Choir Members' Comments" and "News and Events" links (on the right hand side of this page) to learn why our members love our group and for latest news and upcoming meetings/events. There may be important announcements that you need to know about.

To find out more please use the icon (on the right hand side of this page) to contact the Group Organisers.
