Firstly I would like to thank all those members who have supported the two groups throughout the last year making them the success they are. I hope those that came enjoyed the Christmas meal which seems such an age ago now.
The “new” Orsett group has gone from strength to strength and a waiting list will soon be necessary at this rate. The sessions are still held every Monday morning, 9.00-10.00 in Orsett Community Church Hall
The original group is still held at Horndon on the Hill and the members are as enthusiastic as ever. The first part of the session is taken up with relaxation, breathing and stretching exercises, whilst the second half is given over to our “sword” regimes. These sessions are still held in the Village Hall on Mondays 3.30-4.30.
