TAI CHI is a very ancient and complex system of various "forms", meditation, and martial arts.
The U3A course will run for a period of time, to establish the knowledge and practice of the 18 exercises of CHI KUNG (QUI GONG).... MEDITATION.... AND THE FIRST PART OF THE TRADITIONAL YANG STYLE LONG FORM. It will not include any aspect of martial arts.
Ufortunately is already FULL with a long waiting list. No further names can be taken. The group led by Brian Turnbull will meet fortnightly on 2nd & 4th Fridays from 10.00-11.30am.
