Spirals Exercise Class
Spirals is a low impact exercise programme taking aspects from yoga, pilates, tai chi and dance and putting them together into this relaxing yet fun class. It is designed to focus on posture, joint mobility, strength, flexibility and balance all set to motivating music chosen specifically for each section.
It is not only a challenging yet gentle workout, but an energizing fun class too!
Every Monday at 11.30am - 12.20pm at Thorley Community centre ( at the back of Sainsburys near the Harvest moon pub, perfect for coffee/lunch afterwards!)
The class will last 50mins and the cost is £5 per class payable weekly on arrival.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
