The prospect of a prolonged period our usual U3A activities being suspended due to measures to curb the spread of Corona virus, has prompted us to consider bringing out an occasional newsletter. Most of our members are able to receive emails so this how it will be distributed, but we will post to those who have no email.
The aim of the newsletter will be to keep in touch with as many members as possible with news, tips and advice and suggestions as well as providing a forum for discussion on topics of interest.
So, the next step is to gather snippets of anything you would like to go in the Newsletter, Please email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to hearing from you.

ALL THAT JAZZ - Hi my name is Bob, I would love to start up a jazz band.
I am looking for some jazz musicians to play trombone, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone,
front line players to play dixieland, trad and swing.
Also a drummer, piano player and bass player for the same.
Preferably those who don't need to read music and can improvise.
If you are a violinist who can play play gypsy jazz and swing that would be fantastic.
If you are interested or know someone who is please contact me:
