Welcome to Tewkesbury & District U3A

During the current pandemic, some groups are continuing to 'Learn, laugh and live' via social media and video conferencing, and others are tentatively beginning to meet face to face. As the current coronavirus situation evolves, please contact the Group Leader to establish the current situation with any groups you may wish to join.

AbilityNet AbilityNet AbilityNet's ITCanHelp volunteers provide free IT support to older people and people with disabilities of any age. Our volunteers can support people located anywhere in the UK. They are all disclosure-checked and can help with all sorts of IT (information technology) challenges, from setting up new equipment, fixing technical issues, showing you how to stay connected to family and use online services.

Age UK Age UK Our Digital Connections volunteers can help you get friendly with your laptop, ipad or smartphone so you can operate it confidently and safely. All our help is provided over the phone or online, as is necessary in the current environment and our volunteers will patiently guide you through learning how to make the most of your device.

While we are not a 'helping' organisation, if you or a member that you know consider that the Committee can be of assistance, please call 01684 325013. Tewkesbury & District U3A has been running very successfully since 1993. Our umbrella organisation is the Third Age Trust. No qualifications are offered and no qualification is required other than that you are not in full-time work. There's no age restriction either! Come and join us to learn, laugh and live! We are a Registered Charity, No. 1029447.

TU3A Groups

For full details of group meetings and how to contact a leader, please see the GROUPS page and look for the blue envelope at the top right of each group's page. There are about 40 different weekly or monthly activities happening throughout the daytime [mostly weekdays], with friendly group leaders and over 600 members enjoying diverse activities in various venues including:
