Art in Bredon
We meet on Mondays (except Bank Holidays), from 2pm to 4pm, at Bredon Village Hall.
At the moment this statement is untrue since the Village Hall and all U3A activities are on hold because of the coronavirus pandemic. Nobody knows when we`ll be up and running again, but we can all help to beat the pandemic by following strictly the Government guidelines so that we are able to meet again as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, I have contacted all our members and asked them to send me photos of any paintings they have done at home during this period so that I can update the website and hopefully keep everybody motivated practising their art skills.
Paintings continue to pour in from most members and hopefully more will respond as the pandemic lockdown grips all of us, and the sunshine fades, and we all run out of outstanding household and gardening jobs.
Four more paintings from the very busy Daphne Burcombe yesterday. Come on the rest of you, you`re falling behind.
I hope you enjoy the quality and variety of the paintings displayed.
We are still able to accept more members, so if you, or a friend or relative of yours, is interested, look at this web page from time to time to find out when we will be re-starting our meetings. Remember that you can attend one meeting free of charge and without obligation to assess if our facilities and operating style are to your liking.
Visitors to this website who are interested in any of the pictures displayed should contact me (see details below) when I can put you in touch with the artist concerned.
