If an incident occurs where a person is injured or property damaged during a group session, please could you contact me for an Incident Report Form or print off via the link.This should be completed and returned to me . The form will be retained on file by the U3A Committee in case of a claim and for a period of three years even if a claim appears unlikely. This is a requirement by the U3A Trust
