Executive Committee

The U3A is managed by an Executive Committee, nominated by the membership annually and elected at the AGM.
The Officers are: Chair, 2 Vice Chairs, Treasurer and Secretary.
There are up to 7 non-officers up to a maximum committee of 12 members.
The constitution limits the time any person can remain in any Committee Position or Office.
Places not taken by nomination or election can be co-opted by the committee up to the maximum of 12.
The Committee meets monthly, USUALLY on the first Wednesday.
