Scottish Country Dancing

Venue: Heath End Village Hall
Time: Wednesdays 1330 - 1530
Group Leader: Colin Hewitt

The group started off as English & Scottish Country Dancing but for various reasons the English bit slowly dropped away so it's now just Scottish Dancing. We’re averaging about 16 members for each session from a group membership of about 30. This is close to perfect as many dances are designed for a set of 4 couples. Luckily numbers aren’t a constraint as our dance leaders (Sue Johnston, Jean Chapman and Sue Burbridge) are perfectly happy to run a session with any number of members.

The group is happy to welcome new members with, or without, previous experience. View it as a group to have a chat, a cup of tea and biscuits, while at the same time enjoying some mild exercise.
