- Attendance Sheet A - To be completed by Group Leaders at each meeting.
- Attendance Sheet A Visitors - To be completed by Group Leaders at each meeting when they have visitors.

PDF files will be displayed directly on your screen from where they may be printed or saved to your computer for later use.
Excel files will be downloaded to your local computer from where you will need to open them using Excel (or some other application that can read Excel spreadsheets).
