The class is mixed ability, but you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket, and a Yoga block if you like using them.
We will practise breath awareness, gentle stretching, postures, sequences, balances, and of course a little relaxation! This type of Yoga is Hatha Yoga, and I adapt as necessary for us seniors.
