It is a downstairs room that has a toilet close by and a kitchen for refreshments.

| Fri Apr 26th | Film Group – meets on the last Friday of the month at 2pm at The Christopher Centre, 10 Gainsborough Street, Sudbury CO10 2EU. We will be looking to show ‘Living’ starring Bill Nighy, Aimee Lou Wood, Alex Sharp and Tom Burke. This is a remake of the 1952 Japanese film ‘Lkriu (To Live). In 1950s London, civil servant Mr Williams (Nighy) is left devastated when he discovers he has only six months to live. Dissatisfied with his life’s work, he uses all the influence of his 30-year service in the Public Works office to gain approval for a dilapidated area to be transformed into a children’s playground. |

This is the remarkable story of one woman’s journey to reclaim her heritage and seek justice for what happened to her family. Six decades after fleeing the Nazis in World War ll, Maria Altman (Mirren) sets out to reclaim her family’s stolen artwork with help from a young lawyer. This drama is based on a true story involving the titular painting by Gustav Klimt. |
