Members vary in their knowledge of photography from beginners to some people who have been taking pictures for many years.
We have been looking at ways of improving our photography by examining the way that cameras work, discussing “rules” of composition and trying to develop our ways of seeing the world a little differently.
On the digital imaging side we have been exploring ways we can get the best from the pictures we have taken by using computer programs.
If any new people would like to join the group we would be pleased to see them. They need not be experienced nor have an expensive camera. In fact if anyone is thinking of buying a new camera or other photographic equipment, coming along to the group could help them avoid an expensive mistake.
In the box on the right are some links to tutorials Keith has written as introductions to certain programs and techniques and answers to some frequently asked questions.
