Stourbridge

Kitchen Garden

The group meets at Gig Mill Church Hall, Witton Street,(entrance from Glebe Lane) Norton Stourbridge DY8 3YH (excluding the summer break in July and August)

New members are welcome to attend either selected meetings or all meetings. This is a small and very friendly group. Meetings are always cordial, informal and informative. We are at all levels from complete beginners through to more experienced gardeners with 50 years experience but we all have something to contribute and learn. The more you know, the more you realise there is to know. if you are at all interested, please give the group a try. You are assured of a warm welcome.

Prospective new members are invited to be in touch with the Group Leader (Mervyn) by telephone (01384 378811) to discuss any queries or apprehensions. If you do decide to come along, it would be appreciated if you are willing to telephone beforehand as occasionally a change of venue is necessary if a room is unavailable. Provision can also be made for adequate seating and refreshments.

My little motto is:

The garden -
A little escape from the world
Refreshes the mind, all round exercise without the gym
A rewarding hobby,
A real joy
