Expense Policy and Claims Procedure
Details of the u3a’s policy regarding groups’ expenditure (other than room hire) and how to make an expense claim are give in the Expense Policy and Claims procedure document.

Expenses claim form
This pdf form can be edited and saved on your computer or laptop and cab be submiited by email to the Treasurer. If you cannot fill the form in and save it on your device (it is not always possible to do this one some tablets, ipads or phones) print out the form and fill in by hand and post to the treasurer.

Risk assessment
Group Leaders are recommended to do a risk assessment for the venue that the group uses and retain it for future reference.

Incident Report Form This form should be printed out, completed and signed as indicated.

ONCE COMPLETED THE INCIDENT REPORT FORM MUST BE SENT TO A MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE AS IT HAS TO BE RETAINED FOR 3 YEARS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
