A new journey begins.
Tai Chi for health is a gentle form of exercise to help you to maintain health, well being and relaxation, I hope to improve posture, balance and joint flexibility as well as to improve breathing.
My first step is to teach the class with the assistance of Ann Daniels, and I hope your first step will be to join us and start enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

The group meets in St Peter’s Church Hall, Hazel Grove from 12.00 – 1.00 pm on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th of the Month.
