Tai Chi (Gayton)

The Group continues to practice on Tuesday mornings 9:45 -11:15 at Gayton Village Hall.

Space doesn’t allow us to take any new members at the moment, but if you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please Contact Us.

We do not have a teacher and are a self-guided Group, practising what we have learnt previously, so we would prefer you to have some knowledge of Qi Gong, and Yang Style and Wu Dang Style Tai Chi Forms, so that we wouldn’t have to go back to basics.

If you are interested in finding out more please Contact Us.
