Activities

Monthly Meeting

We hold a monthly meeting at Rising Brook Baptist Church, on the 2nd Monday of the month.
This features a guest speaker, covering a wide range of topics. Afterwards, there is time to ask questions, have tea, coffee and biscuits, and to chat to other members. This is one of the ways we keep
members up to date on new group activities .

Past talks include -

Hatches, Matches and Dispatches - A peek into the Parish Chest.
From Handcuffs to Hot Glass - A personal journey of retiring from the police service and taking up glass making.
A Grim Almanac of Staffordshire - Looking back on 'nasty goings on' in Staffordshire.

(See Calendar below for up-coming talks)

We welcome new members at any time and if you would like to join us please Contact Us or you are welcome to telephone us on 01785 593039.

Coffee Mornings

From time to time, we hold a coffee morning for new members, who are invited to drop in, enjoy a cup of coffee, and meet a Committee Member and/or Group Leader to find out more about what our great range of activities can offer them.
