The silent art of Tai Chi is a sequence of 108 slow and precise movements designed to improve core strength that is vital for good stature and balance.
Learning the 108 moves may take from six months to a year. Learning to move in complete harmony as part of a group whilst precisely placing arms, feet and body. can take years and years. Although the benefits of trying are both mentally and physically stimulating and enjoyable.
All U3A members are welcome to join us for a trial session any Wednesday.
