Walking - Striders

The Striders are a friendly group and walk every two weeks on a Friday morning. We meet at 8.45 am at the Co-op in Eaton Socon and share cars to the start of the walk. We do circular walks of between 6 and 7 miles and finish at approx. 12 – 12.30 pm – we then come straight back. We walk at a continuous steady pace and only have one refreshment stop (bring your own) of about 10 – 15 mins. Walking boots are essential, plus suitable clothing and some people bring poles.
