Day and Time: 1st and 3rd Friday of the month

Walking is fun, interesting, very good exercise and good for your health, especially with a coffee shop with cakes at the end of the walk.

Our walks are between 5 and 7 miles often taking in some ups and downs and also sometimes mud.
The walks are Open to all U3A members & will be on the first & third Fridays of every month commencing at 10.30 hrs from the starting point. Each walk will be notified on this Web Page at the beginning of the week in which it occurs. If U wish 2 join the walk U must let myself or Barbara, the Co-ordinator, know by the Wednesday in which the walk is held.
Due to Health & Safety the numbers on the walk are restricted to 20.
By going on the walks You must consider Your personal physical health & fitness & to accept personal responsibility for attending the walk.

The leader reserves the right to refuse the walk to anyone he feels is not physically fit or suitably equipped/dressed for the walk.

Walking boots or walking shoes are necessary, also suitable clothing for the day, with drinks and a snack.
During the walks, some photographs may be taken and will be displayed on this Web Page. If you do not wish your picture to appear on the web page please let Barbara or myself know.

Further, if U are considering joining the walk, please note; we do not provide transport to the start of the walks.
