Day and Times: | Fortnightly on Thursday, 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon. |
We are a group of people who have studied French to varying levels and who appreciate the opportunity to practise and improve our French speaking skills in a supportive and relaxed environment enjoying lots of good humour and laughter along the way.
Activities are inclusive, varied and stimulating providing opportunity for language development. They might involve discussion, both general and specific, whole group and small group conversation, role-play and games.
We aim to speak French for the whole of the session although we do have a short break when you might hear some English spoken.
We were delighted to meet up again in person at the URC in September 2021 having met via Zoom during the previous 18 months and fingers crossed we shall continue to be able to do so.
At the moment there is room for two new members. If you are thinking of joining us and have a good knowledge of the language and want further information please contact the group leader by clicking the icon on the right hand side. She will get back to you as soon as possible.
This group is currently looking for a new leader. If you are interested in joining please contact the group through the envelope link for an update.
