St Austell

Looking ahead we have a coffee morning on Friday 27th September at the Arts Centre (10.30 - 12.00). Anyone who has a cable or an appliance that needs PAT testing is asked to bring it then. Chris Palmer has volunteered to do what’s needed to keep us safe and legal.

We have reached our target for the defibrillator and it has been ordered from Fleet. I look forward to seeing it on the wall soon.

It was shaming to see another wheelchair user struggling to join us at our last monthly meeting. There’s action underway to resolve this and hopefully make access easier for lots of our members in the future.

Below are some details from Roger Jones about the 2020 U3A trip.

In addition to Pippa's Newsletter, this is just a reminder that the 'Incredible Bulk Mobile Van' will be attending the Coffee Morning on 27th September. They arrive for 10/10.30 until the end of coffee morning.

Products and price list can be seen On line. Search 'Incredible Bulk mobile van'.
Jill Trewhella has some printed product price lists which she will have at the coffee morning together with some containers which members can give a donation for or you can bring your own containers.

It is a great way for you to buy exactly the amount you want, avoiding plastic and packaging.

Look forward to seeing you there,
