Photography Group 2
There are currently two photo groups with one leader and two Admin members each looking after a group. We meet on the first (group one) and second (group two) Wednesdays of the month with a 2hr session starting at 10am.
We do not mind which camera you have, anything from a single lens reflex to a ‘point and shoot’ or even a mobile phone. Each month the groups are given a challenge of which two of your best pictures are sent to the admin and are shown to the group the following month for discussion. Being a member of this group, you are expected to take part in all challenges unless unable to do so. Our aim is to help you take better and interesting photos, not to criticise.
We have our own closed Facebook page. In the past we have had a series of teach-in including one on Digital Editing. During Lockdown we never stopped, followed an on-line Photography Course, continued to have challenges based on our own surroundings plus many other projects.
We welcome anyone with an interest in Photography, so please contact the Group Co-ordinator with your Membership number and they will pass your details on to the Group Leader.
