Walking
There are 5 Walking groups. We all know that we need to do more exercise and all medical advice recommends walking for people of our age as the best form of exercise. Southport U3A has a whole variety of walking groups to suit all levels of fitness, from very gentle exercise through to walking the fells. So look at the descriptions on each group and get your name down with the Group Leaders to join the group you fancy, depending on how strenuous you want to make it!
