Our walks are on mixed terrain but nothing too challenging and are four to five miles in length, occasionally a little less, with an average pace of 2.5 miles per hour. Some of our routes are pictured on this page.

We travel to our start point, which is always reasonably local, by public transport and finish near a pub or other venue where members can, if they wish, have a drink and maybe lunch before returning home by public transport.

We limit the numbers to approximately 20 walkers (plus the organisers) for each outing so we ask members to sign up for walks about a week in advance and operate a 'first come, first served' policy.

Met Office forecast for Southport. Check to see if you need those waterproofs for the next walk.
