The group is currently full due to space restrictions.

We meet at the Sereno School of Dance 117A Eastbank Street. This is situated on the opposite side of the road from Kwik-Fit and is approached through the passage between a hairdresser's called “isalon” and “Hotfrox”. The nearest parking is either on Eastbank Street or in the car parks on Tulketh street.

Our routine includes gentle exercises and stretches designed to improve fitness and mobility, with movements based on folk dances of the Middle East. It consists of a warm up, followed by instruction and practise of moves, and a cool down. You will need loose fitting clothing, and flat shoes which have only been worn indoors.

The cost is expected to be about £4 per week, to cover the room rent, but could vary according to numbers
