The Meditation group is a very small group which meet once a month, on the evening of the 4th Wednesday, at my home.
Occasionally the meditation is guided throughout as a journey within the mind.
There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way of performing meditation and it is not uncommon for some participants to fall asleep during the 20 minute session. If that is what they need then it is O K.
Since its inception the Meditation Group has continued to develop. It still meets at 7.30pm on the 4th WEDNESDAY of each month at my home. It has a core membership of 11 and an average attendance of 7. These restful and stress relieving evenings have developed into a guided visualisation of between 20 and 30 minutes duration followed by a gong-bath meditation during which Paul plays his newly acquired gongs for about 25 minutes. Teas and biscuits follow and the feelings of the attendees following the meditations might be shared with those attending.
It is possible for anyone to come and experience this group event to see if they would like to join the Group. If there is a large response, a second Group may need to be formed
