Beacon

Beacon is a comprehensive management system that we shall be changing over to in the Autumn. It will be used for maintaining our U3A's membership data and will be fully compliant with the new General Data Protaection Regulation (GDPR) that is soon coming into force.

All this will make doubly sure that any personal data that we hold on you (currently in the membership database and maintained by our Membership Secretary) will be well looked after, so you need have no qualms on that score.

The link to the Members' Portal will let you update your own information when the system is up and running. To do that though you'll need your new Beacon Membership Number which you will find only when you get your 2019 Membership Card.
